Insurance:
We
currently participate with multiple insurances. Please call to find out
if we participate with your particular insurance plan.
Note: Insurance will not cover cosmetic consultations or procedures.
Cancellation Policy:
If
you need to change or reschedule appointments, kindly give us at least
24 hours notice. If you cancel your appointment without a 24 hour
notice or fail to show for your visit, a fee of $50 will be charged to
your account.
